The company has successfully completed work in all types of roofing. However, our primary focus is in the areas of commercial and industrial roofing consultation, system design, and application. We are certified and warranted applicators approved by most major roofing manufacturers including, but not limited to: Firestone, Manville, and Siplast.

We have an excellent sheet metal shop on the premises where we layout and fabricate all varieties of sheet metal products such as perimeter metal, roof accessories, gutter, conductor heads, and downspouts using state-of-the-art equipment.  Our company has installed a number of metal roofing systems including architectural standing seam roofing, structural panel systems and custom soffit systems. We also fabricate, in-house, and install custom metal roofing systems. We have completed a number of custom ornamental copper roofing systems. Our personnel have installed metal building panels on a number of projects.

In addition to roofing consultation, selection, and application we also provide Roof Maintenance Programs, customized to meet the specialized needs of property owners and managers. Our company was founded in 1979, by its principals Don and Bruce McCrory. The name Kiker is an old family name from the late father of Don and Bruce, William Kiker McCrory. Both McCrory's brought to Kiker Corporation expertise gathered from their previous experience in the roofing industry, both as contractors and as a representative and technical specialist of a major roofing manufacturer. The many years of prior experience brought to the company by the McCrory's has helped to formulate Kiker Corporation, and its additional professional employees, into one of the most respected roofing companies in its area of operation. The company gained national prominence in its selection as "National Roofing Contractor of the Year" in 1986. This award is based on competition, judged by industry peers, using types of projects, difficulty, execution, and customer satisfaction as its basis.

Roofing can, by its own nature, be an extremely dangerous business for workers. Kiker Corporation has a comprehensive safety program which strives to teach employees how to avoid known dangers in the roofing process. Every new employee undergoes safety orientation using teaching presentations obtained from the National Roofing Contractors Association, other professional sources, and those developed by Kiker Corporation. Periodic safety meetings and training sessions are held for all employees. Additionally, written policy is issued to all employees outlining behavior that is required while in the employ of the company. Through its comprehensive safety program the company has, as a rule, been able to keep its experience modifier factor for workers compensation insurance well below that of the average in the industry.
